TKO offers a variety of heat transfer types. Our main product lines include screen-printed plastisol transfers, digital screen-printed transfers (both plastisol and waterbased), direct-to-film, and multimedia transfers such as silicone and various heat appliqués.

The number of colors available vary based on your selected formula. Active Sport Classic can print up to 2 colors, Active Sport Classic Puff should reflect that we can now print up to three colors. Premium Plus options can print up to 3 colors. Xtreme Color options are printed in CMYK for full color prints. Active Sport Classic gang sheets can print up to four spot colors, and for most formulas we offer Pantone matching for an extra fee. You can also add metallic or neon inks to select formula types that utilize our stock colors for a small fee. Please see your chosen product page for further information.

For formula types featuring up to 3 colors, please submit vectored files in PDF, AI, or EPS format.
Full-color designs can be submitted via PDF, AI, PSD, PNG or vectored.

• Our daily cut-off time is 3:00pm, Monday-Friday. If your artwork is not print-ready/needs alterations, this can potentially add upto 48 hours onto your turnaround time. For print-ready artwork/print-as-is orders:
• 1-Color, single image jobs have a 24 hour turnaround. DTF transfers offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 11AM EST. 2, 3, or full-color designs have a 48 hour turnaround time. Tagless labels have a 72 hour turnaround time.

Currently, we do not allow UPS accounts to be linked to TKO customer accounts for the time being.

Yes, we offer scheduled on-site pick-up in our Florida facility only. We prefer customers to schedule a time to ensure your order is ready for pick-up prior to your arrival. Please note the turnaround times for formulas still apply.
